We had such a great experience bringing Milo here! Everyone at Poway Animal Hospital was super nice and welcoming. The staff really took the time to listen to our concerns and gave us multiple options for how to approach Milo’s issues, which made us feel heard and supported. I especially appreciated how open and honest the conversation was, and how patient they were with Milo. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and the families who love them. We left feeling confident in the care he received and grateful to have found such a wonderful vet team!

My family has brought all of our pets here for years. We love the whole staff and have always been treated with care and transparency. Always clean inside, staff is very attentive, and they are super organized with their scheduling. This team treats your pet so well! Me and my family's pets have received only the very best care here, from surgery to vaccinations, Poway Animal Hospital is truly the best in San Diego. I took my cat Frida for her first ever (with me) vet visit. I am a first time pet owner and have a few disabilities that can make any kind of doctor office visit challenging. All I can do is let folks know in a public setting that I might take a little longer or ask more questions. I was very stressed because I simply didn't know what to expect, and my kitty had some issue with her mouth that we weren't able to confirm due to her being, well, a cat. Doctor Cora Evans was nothing short of stellar. She was the first to see me in the office to determine what the next steps of action were. Needless to say, I was under a lot of stress trying to keep my disabilities in check (even the lighting in medical offices triggers my symptoms) to get the important information for my kitty. She was so professional and patient with me! I was crying, emotional, and she calmly helped me understand what was going to be happening and assured me that every step would be explained. She handled my situation very well and I thank her so much for being patient with me and my sweet Frida. After the initial visit, I knew Frida was in good hands. Dr. Evans is part of an already awesome team. Unsure of the process because I knew Frida was in pain, I came to the hospital as a walk-in at 7:30am hoping to be seen or at least get the process started. Front desk staff was super efficient at helping me get in that day to be seen, despite not having an appointment. I was so relieved that this team is so professional and helpful. My cat had everything she needed and more, and she is so happy post-surgery. I will continue to come here for all of my pets and I highly recommend them to absolutely anyone! There was a woman next to me who had an appointment that brings her dogs all the way from Ramona because of how great the team at Poway Animal Hospital is! Recently I took my kitty Frida in for mouth issues and she was diagnosed and treated with the utmost care. I was given clear instructions for medication dosages for her and had multiple follow up texts/calls to check in on her progress. This means SO MUCH - Poway Animal Hospital genuinely cares for your fur baby/babies and will give you all the reassurance you may need (I know I needed a lot as a first time pet parent). LOVE YOU ALL!

Dr. Evans has been amazing with my cat. She’s super kind, patient, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate how she follows up and genuinely cares. It’s rare to find a vet who not only excels clinically but also brings so much heart to the job.

We love Poway Animal Hospital. Dr. Smith is who we usually see, but last week he was off and we were scheduled with Dr. Evans. She was as equally caring and compassionate to our dog. We are trying to make our dog’s days more comfortable before the inevitable. We appreciate you more than you know. We have always had great service from the wonderful staff in the front office who are always happy to greet you and help in anyway possible, to the great doctors that take care of all the animals that go there. I always recommend the Poway Animal Hospital when someone needs care for their pet!!
